Three different shaped cheese knives for any type of cheese - hard, firm, semisoft and crumbly.

The pointed blades for breaking hard, aged Parmesan and Romano cheese of firm, crumbly Cheshire and Stilton cheeses.

The long narrow blade can be used to cut many types of cheese, from semi-soft cheese like Jack, Cheddar or Jarlsberg, to soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert, to aged, hard cheese such as Parmesean.

The wide blade is perfect for cutting crumbly, soft cheese or for shaving, chipping and cubing firm cheese.

The cheese fork is used to hold a block of cheese in place while you cut a slice with a knife.

Easy to wash and are lightweight and easy to store in your kitchen cabinet.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS : To clean, wash by hand with warm soapy water, do not soak in water. Do not put in dishwasher. Slate board not included.
